BIO

As the Electronic Documents Manager, Brett McLain supervises the document services group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the review, editing, and submission of COLAs, DCAs, and UFSARs to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for Certrec’s utility customers, as well as the online publication of regulatory and licensing documentation on multiple websites.

Brett has 20 years of writing and editing experience. Before joining Certrec, he worked for publishing companies in the automotive and tax and accounting industries, where his focus shifted to technical writing and editing for online media.

Brett earned a degree in journalism from the University of Texas in Austin in 1993.
