As President & CEO, Greg Wolfe is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the company and the execution of its business operations. He has over 25 years of experience in power engineering, energy management, predictive analytics, and computer networking, starting his career with Texas Instruments (Advanced Defense Weapons Systems), and most recently (prior to co-founding Fischer Block, Inc.), as Vice President and General Manager with Megger (a leading world-wide provider of portable test and measurement equipment to the electrical power industry) where he led divisions in both the US and in Europe.

Wolfe received a BSEE from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and holds a number of patents in power system analytics, a black-belt in Six Sigma, and is an active member of IEEE.

With more than 30 years of experience in the areas of electrical engineering design and analysis, Evans Heacock brings a demonstrated track record of versatile, capable, professional leadership as Certrec’s Office of NERC Compliance Director.

In addition to managing civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering groups for Duke Engineering and Service, South Texas Project Nuclear Operating Company, and DP Engineering, Ltd., Mr. Heacock has built electrical analysis models and performed load flow and short circuit analysis using various programs, including PTI PSS/U, SKM, and OTI’s ETAP. He has also set protective relays, performed relay replacement modifications, developed design requirements, and has interfaced with multiple engineering and non-engineering groups.

Mr. Heacock has interfaced with various transmission system operators in ERCOT, SPP, MYSO, NPCC, and CAISO. He also has led or participated in the development of Interconnect Agreements within ERCOT for several large generating facilities.
