Irish asset management provider EnergyPro has been appointed by Schroders Greencoat as technical asset manager for a portfolio of 27 operational solar projects across the UK.
The geographically diverse portfolio spans sites across England, including Dorset, Somerset, Norfolk and Oxfordshire, and it will continue to manage the assets with a focus on maximising operational and financial performance, risk management and long-term value on behalf of its investors.
EnergyPro said the appointment represents a significant expansion of its solar asset management operations and reinforces its position as a trusted partner to the market.
