Certrec, a leading technology and regulatory service provider for NRC and NERC compliance, announced today its participation in the American Nuclear Society Utility Working Conference and Vendor Technology Expo to be held in Amelia Island, Florida, from August 4-7, 2019. In addition to hosting a booth, providing registration bags, and sponsoring wi-fi for the event, Certrec’s involvement at this year’s conference foreshadows significant positive change.
On August 6 from 13:30-15:00 ET, Certrec Business Planning Executive Director Chip Perkins will chair a track, titled “Regulatory Process Innovations and Innovation at NRC,” featuring Certrec Operations Director Michelle Thomas, NuScale Project Engineer Elizabeth English, Entergy Nuclear Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager Stephenie Pyle, and NRC Division of Engineering Director Eric Benner.
In addition to discussing regulatory process innovations, Certrec looks forward to expanding knowledge about its TAKTIX® platform. TAKTIX® can automate most business processes, including efficiently and accurately processing such complex documents as license amendment requests, RAIs, FSARs, and much more.
“We are excited to be able to expand our presence at ANS UWC,” stated Chip Perkins. “We invite everyone to visit us at booth #09 to see demonstrations of our TAKTIX® and Performance Data Index tools and to ask questions about how Certrec can improve their process efficiency and save them money.”
